 Responsibility:

Develop and implement a Visual Merchandising strategy that is aligned to the Brand and Commercial Strategy.
Ensure clear and successful VM processes, systems.

Partner with Internal Design Team to support the VM guidelines and plan for new store development projects.

Monitor the in-store VM materials and core VM guidelines and plan to uphold a consistent brand presentation across.

Develop and implement store level merchandising programs that are consistent with brand image and integrated with marketing
platforms.

Support the ad hoc project and event, from concept development to production

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above and design, marketing major is preferred. 

Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience preferably in leading retail, coffee or restaurant industry.
