    Position Overview

This role will require you to assist Shanghai Finance team to deal with daily finance operational tasks or other tasks arranged by manager.

Specific Duties include but are not limited to the following:

          Check validation of Fapiao and limits of employees’ reimbursment

          Issue sales Fapiao based on proforma invoices

          Sort and file Fapaio with vouchers

          File and bind mothly accounting books based on the transactions numbers of vouchers

          Other daily finance tasks assigned by manager

To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of:

          Working towards a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Tax;

          Good written and spoken Enlish communication skill;

          Good at Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT;

          Good team player;

          Detail-orientated and process driven;

          Motivated self-starter, organized, ability to work independently.

You are required to work for at least 3 days a week for 3 months approximately 12~14 weeks, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
