岗位职责

1.编写每月之用品及用款计划。

2.申领信妥善保管本部之各类设备及文具用品，确保各类办公室物资之足够供应。

3.与本部内各分部保持良好沟通协助保持良好团队精神。

4.积极参与由本酒店举办之各种活动。

5.保持办公室之整洁及卫生。

6.开启及处理种类有关表格之跟进工作。

7.每月协助各部门考勤表之整理。

岗位要求

1.大专以上文化程度或同等学力的。

2.懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。

3.有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。

4.身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。

In 1980's, in order to fit the market development and specific needs, Marriott has designed and created the Courtyard brand. In 1983, the first Courtyard by Marriott opened in the United States.
