Main Responsibilities:

 

50% Daily inventory management

1.    Control inventory from both system and physical goods perspective and ensure alignment between Nares and WMS, ensure month end inventory balance；

2.    Perform inventory adjustment in system following the company policies. Take charge of error cleaning & inventory control in system；

3.    Provide all kinds of inventory tracking report with rational analysis to support business needs. Take initiative to create inventory reports for various purposes once needed；

4.    Coordinate with DOS team to fulfil all operation related request；

 

30% Third party logistics vendor performance management:

1.    Support 3PL performance team to set up and review KPI for 3PL warehouses, manage daily performance；

2.    Verify 3PL monthly billings and monitor operation cost；

3.    Organize and participated regular meetings with 3PL to review overall performance and follow up actions for key projects from operation perspective (standardize operation flow, KPI performance) ；

4.    On-site monitor warehouse/Delivery operation process if needed；

 

20% Reporting

1.    Provide inventory related report to finance for visibility；

2.    Analyse overall logistics costs for business needs；

 

Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor degree or above with major in Logistics Management;

2.    With knowledge & at least 3 years of experience of logistics, incl. warehousing and transportation operation in retail industry;

3.    Familiar with MS Office, Logistics System or SAP knowledge is a plus;

4.    Strong data analysis skill & Figure sensitive;

5.    Strong sense of responsibility and ownership and can work under pressure;

6.    Logic mindset & good communication skill;
