Job responsibilities

1. According to the company's annual sales plan, formulate effective purchasing objectives and plans, and implement them to ensure the feasibility of production plans;

2. According to the company's target plan, formulate the department's plan and organize its implementation to ensure that the department's work objectives are completed on time.

3. Develop supplier development plan according to annual business plan and temporary purchasing plan to ensure that supplier resources meet the company's purchasing needs;

4. Conduct periodic evaluation of suppliers, eliminate the fittest suppliers, ensure continuous improvement and cooperation of suppliers, negotiate competitive prices and labor contracts;

5. Supervise and audit bills and payment plans, cooperate with the company's capital dispatch, ensure the accuracy and suitability of payment;

6. Organize the collection and analysis of material market information.

 

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in management and logistics;

2. Over 8 years experience in purchasing management in related industries;

3. Experience of purchasing managers in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.

4. Familiar with bidding and procurement process, supplier evaluation and evaluation, and related quality system standards;

5. Good organizational and coordination skills within and across departments, good negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, strong team collaboration ability;

6. Have strong professional ethics quality.

7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

岗位职责

1、根据公司年度销售计划，制定有效的采购目标和采购计划,并落实执行，确保生产计划的可行性；

2、根据公司目标计划,制定本部门计划，并组织实施，确保本部门工作目标按时完成；

3、根据年度经营计划和临时采购计划制定供应商开发计划，确保供应商资源满足公司采购需求；

4、定期对供应商进行考核评价，对供应商优胜劣汰，确保供应商持续改善和配合，协商竞争价格和劳务合同；

5、监督审核对账单、付款计划，配合公司资金调度，确保付款准确性和适宜性；

6、组织对物资市场信息的收集和分析。

 

任职资格

1、大学本科及以上学历，管理类、物流类相关专业；

2、相关行业8年以上采购行业管理工作经验；

3、有外资企业采购经理工作经历者优先；

4、熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准；

5、具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力强；

6、具备较强职业道德素质。

7、英文听说读写能力佳。
