Job Summary:  岗位概述：

负责试制项目制造的启动工作，在确保样件质量和成本的前提下，确保试制样件按计划完成。

Be responsible for  project launch, ensure high quality and low cost first and then ensure samples can be delivered as planned .

Job Responsibilities: 工作职责： 

负责项目试制work order的接收，评估试制周期、确认技术状态、提供样件报价，整理并汇总样件需求；

Be responsible for receiving work order before project launch, assess prototype lead time, confirm the technical status, provide the samples quotations and collect samples  requirements.

制定项目试制交付计划，协助试制经理维护车间的日常生产；

Prepare samples delivery timing plan ,  assit prototype manager to maintain workshop daily production.

编制零部件采购需求表，跟踪采购进度，协助采购控制采购成本；

Prepare purchasing request list, track purchasing schedule and support cost control.

现场问题快速响应及处理，试制样件的状态跟踪；

Site problem quick response and handling, track samples technical status.

项目试制零件库存管理表的制作；

Prepare components inventory list；

根据客户要求准备样件发货清单，确保样件质量，确保样件交付按计划进行。

Prepare shipping list according to customer requirements. Ensure high quality and low cost first, ensure samples delivery as planned.

Requirements（Education/Certification/Work Experience/Skills）: 

理工类或工程类背景，本科；

Science or Engineering background, bachelor.

3年项目管理及生产管理相关经验；

3 years experience of project or production mangement ；

熟悉操作SAP系统与OFFICE办公软件

Good at SAP system and OFFICE software.

可以应用英语进行基本工作交流，至少可以熟练读写；

Can communicate in English in daily work, good at writting and reading.

良好的沟通交际能力；

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

时间管理意识；

Strong sense of time management.

较强责任心及按时交付意识；

  Strong sense of responsibility and consciousness of on-time delivery.
