Job Description

The EE, Senior Engineer will be based in Shanghai. Flex’s R&D team is seeking an experienced engineer who will be undertaking electrical design and development for Automotive products. You will perform working on the full cycle of product development required to bring the product successfully to market.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• HW requirement analysis and feasibility evaluation, HW spec definition, architecture design
• Component selection, schematic design, support for PCB placement and SI simulation, layout review, DFMEA analysis, WCCA analysis
• Release BOM, implement and release DVP&R, NPI support
• System bring-up, debug, validation, till to production
• New tech study and sharing, technical documents writing

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 3+ years electrical design and development experience on Automotive/Network communication/X86 Server
• Good knowledge on EMC design and debugging
• Good knowledge on New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Skilled with EDA tools (Allegro)
• Skilled with lab equipment for debugging.
• Bachelor or above degree on Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related area
• Good command of read & write English

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience on SI simulation (DDR, PCIe, MIPI, etc.)
• Familiar with automotive product development process
• Experience with WCCA/FuSa
• Autonomous driving product development experience
• Server/laptop product development experience
