Job Description:
1.Research and analyze customer design proposal, requirement, and specification for the design.根据客户需求开发新的产品和方案
2.Evaluate designs, design of experiment, and assembly to ensure product meets customer's specification.评估设计、设计实验、装配验证确保产品符合客户的设计要求。
3.Design product or system for hardware(Machine part, accessories, tester) 设计产品的硬件系统包括机械零件、附件和测试设备
4.Plan, develop control plan, and procedure for testing product or system (DFMEA, DFX)计划及开发控制计划、生产测试系统及流程（DFMEA,DFX）
5.Communicate with supplier and customer to solve technical issues.日常和供应商及客户的技术问题沟通解决。
6.Study, improve, and design Total solution mechanical part which can meet customer specification and requirements in terms of functional and reliability, high efficiency of manufacturing and within quoted cost to customers.研究、改善、设计整体机械零件结构使其满足客户对产品的结构和功能的要求，并其生产成本满足报价。
7.Responsible for BOM structure and ECN publish. BOM 表的编制和ECN的发布
8.Verified and assemble sample to ensure new incoming parts are within design requirements and specification, in good quality and reliability.样品的验证，确保零件的品质、可靠性满足设计的要求。
9.Assist Project engineer/manager to plan and co-ordinate the new parts sample delivery schedule to meets the prototypes delivery date.协助项目工程师/经理计划新产品开发，确保样品提交按时完成
10.Release official documents to DCC once project are in mass production stage.正式文件、图纸的发放
