工作职责：

1. 负责电商渠道合作项目管理及运营工作，深度把握客户及市场需求，制定产品运营策略；
2. 负责电商平台产品运营，持续跟踪产品运营状况、用户反馈，分析运营数据，提出运营优化方案；
3. 负责管理产品运营流程，对产品交互体验和逻辑设定持续优化完善，构建良好用户体验；
4. 负责项目内部资源协调，推动项目实施、进展跟踪、问题协调，确保产品运营平稳，合理管控项目预算；
5. 负责协调组织项目沟通会议，以及项目相关文档整理维护，项目方案及总结撰写汇报等工作。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，具备一定的英文读写能力，Word、Excel、PowerPoint等工具软件运用熟练；
2. 5年及以上电商、TP代运营、O2O产品运营经验，有大型电商平台工作经验优先；
3. 具备电商平台产品运营及规划经验，熟悉产品运营流程，具备良好的产品策划及数据分析能力，善于挖掘用户需求；
4. 具有良好的理解、表达沟通能力；
5. 优秀的计划及协调能力，善于跨部门协作；
6. 具有良好的职业操守及责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力。
