For our R&D center of SIEMENS Low-voltage Products BU in JINSHAN, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer / 机械设计工程师.

The position belongs to R&D mechanical design team. The mission of the team is to design mechanical structures of low-voltage relevant products, e.g. MCB, as well as to manage and support projects.

该职位隶属于研发机械设计部；该部门的职责是负责低压终端配电类保护产品的结构设计，如，断路器，并对研发新项目提供管理和支持。

What are my responsibilities?

• Cooperating with project team to implement the technical design according to product specification to make sure the smooth running of related projects;

       配合新项目团队，负责按照产品规格要求进行产品机械设计，以确保相关项目顺利进行；

• Make the necessary technical design modification according to the feedback during the manufacturing or/and from the market to meet the requirement of manufacturing/customers;

       根据产品生产过程中或根据市场的反馈，进行必要的技术设计改进，以满足生产制造或客户的要求；

• Cooperate with other developing team members and the develop team in HQ to test/release the samples.

       和研发团队其他研发工程师/德国总部研发工程师配合，负责样品的测试和释放。

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor Degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or related;

       本科或以上学历，机械制造及其自动化、机械电子工程或相关专业；

• At least 3 years of working experience in the new products design or in the related fields of low-voltage;

       至少三年以上低压电器行业相关新产品机械设计经验。

• Be familiar with new product development process and localization process;

       熟悉新产品开发或国产化流程；

• Have basic knowledge of molding process / tool design, assembly process;

      了解模具工艺、模具设计以及装配流程；

• Be familiar with the design or simulation software, such as ProE/Creo, etc.

      熟悉设计或仿真软件，例如ProE/Creo等

• It is necessary to read and write in English.

      能用英语进行读写是必须的

    2006年上海西门子线路保护产品研发中心成立，本研发中目前已成为西门子电子类产品的全球研发中心之一，也是除德国总部外，西门子电子类产品在海外的第二大研发中心。到目前为止，拥有超过40名研发工程师，自研发中心成立以来，SCPS的工程师们已经在中国申请了160项专利，自主开发完成216个研发项目。
    目前SCPS的产品研发和技术支持能力覆盖电子、机械、固件、固件、认证、模块、平台以及设计研发支持等方面。
