1/ Description de la mission / Missions
You manage functionally the Diesel Common Rail plant Master production Schedulers.
You are Responsible for Finished Goods (Assy & test) Scheduling including
Demand Consolidation including waterfall analysis for Common Rail
Finished product plant allocation (SI & OP)
Ensuring that the product homologations give sufficient production flexibility
Customer allocation Management ( CAM ) during times of significant capacity constraint
Controlling the coherence of the SI& OP, CAM & SAP schedules
Assy & Test Capacity Management ( consolidation of ME & Plant data to make appropriate PBU decisions
Budget volumes preparation
You are responsible for the Customer delivery performance metrics including premium freight , SWC and customer specific Logistics measures
You are responsible for the Logistics customer interface when significant delivery crisis occur
You are responsible for achieving the Finished goods Inventory/DIO targets and to minimise obsolete parts
You are responsible for creating, maintaining best practice materials for all of the above processes in liason with the Powertrain standards & definitions to ensure good robust processes that work efficiently at the lowest cost

In your mission, you will have a special focus on to ensure a flawless launch for new programs.

2/ Niveau d’autonomie / Automomy
High level of autonomy working closely with many different functions, ME, Production, PC & L, IT,Sales, Business line, Engineering and all the Diesel plants, & Customers

3/ Responsabilités / Responsabilities
Customers
You have to ensure :
-the correct communication links work ,between the customers and the plants Logistics teams and when the situation becomes critical become personally involved to ensure a good customer service.
-That you and the plants know the different customer Logisitics performance requirements and that they improve them year on year

Suppliers & Manufacturing
You have to ensure a strong link with the PC & L parts ordering & Manufacturing Capacity teams to ensure that the assembly Schedules are created considering all the constraints both internal & external

4/ Type d’activité / Activities
?Team Coordination with good managerial and communication skills to ensure an optimised plan for Delphi
?Production planning with good analytical skills to manage a multi constraint environment

?engineer or equivalent with good analytical and multitasking skills
?good knowledge of Production Control & logistic & Lean principles and processes ( especially in the automotive industry)
?Good language skills in English
