职责描述：

1.Manage one or multiple customer experience projects following the defined project work charter (objectives, guidelines, scope, budget and timeline) and using project management methodology and tools.

2. Conduct CX related opportunity & feasibility studies and produce well-structured proposals.

3. Analyze and manage project stakeholders to ensure resource commitment and cross-functional alignment, identify key risks/blocking points and escalate to right level.

4. Work as a customer experience subject matter to drive project related discussions

5. Track and provide clear progress and healthy report for the assigned projects

6. Participate and facilitate customer experience related workshops.

7. Collect inputs and prepare for customer council and follow up the action status

8. Play as customer centricity role model and advocator in the company to promote customer centricity mindset and culture.

任职要求：

？ Minimum 3-year experience in customer experience domain

？ Minimum 2-year experience of end to end project management skills, PMP certificated is a plus

？ Life insurance industry experience is preferred

？ Solid documentation capabilities

？ Outstanding communication & influencing skills

？ Presentation skill

上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
