Role & Responsibility:

1. Automation solution design and develop for IT infrastructure platform and cloud platform.
2. Analyze, design, test, and evaluate automation script
3. Regular review implemented automation jobs, and record result
4. Update automation script to fix issue and tune function
5. Develop automation scripts with version management
6. Provide Level 2 support to juior automation engineer
7. Support IT operation and Security audit

Skills and competencies

1. Knowledge IT service management concept (ITIL)
2. 2+ years’ experience in IT with focus on automation of IT infrastructure platform or cloud platform
3. 1+ years' experience in IT operation on network, operating system and virtualization
4. Familiar with automation platform, such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet and PowerShell DSC…
5. Familiar with scripting language, such as Python, PowerShell and Linux shell…
6. Familiar with IT monitoring platform, such as Zabbix…
7. Bachelor’s degree
8. Fluent in English language and good communication skills
