Objective of Job

Brief Task Description

* Work in conjunction with all other vehicle design groups and global team.

* Develop Package integration plan according to project master plan

* Organization package team and assign tasks according to project requirement.

* Develop the project packaging requirements and procedures and complete package deliverable.

* Lead and drive technical problem solving activities related to cockpit package.

* Decision making or issue raising on packaging issues and conflict resolution.

* Report the packaging status of vehicle level to line manager, project leader in the developing process.

* Create and deploy Engineering Standards to define and validate all package related requirements.

Qualifications

* Master’s degree above in Mechanics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

* More than 5 years’ experience in vehicle package and vehicle integration ,experience of OEM is a plus.

* Be familiar with vehicle development process.

* Excellent English and communication skills.

* Hardworking, self-motivated, organized, dedicated, fast learner and team working.

* Good communications. Leader experience would be a plus.
