1）产品审核的执行。

2）对作业员宣传质量理念。

3）按巡检要求确认所有作业指导、质量规范是否完整有效。

4）制止作业员不正确的操作手法。

5）检查所有物料工具是否按要求正确存放，并通知班组长停线整顿。

6）确认不良品，并监控返工人员及时有效的返工、记录。

7）统计并控制PPM。

8）向IPQC主管及时报告PPM状况和日常品质异常。

9）及时通知QE更改错误的质量文件，并知会IPQC主管。

10）所涉及环境因素及重要环境因素控制,管理方案的实施。

任职条件：

1）中专以上学历。

2）熟悉产品审核程序。

3）有一定的办公软件操作能力。
