? Be responsible for logistics purchasing activities within APAC; follow internal logistics purchasing process in compliance with UDA

? Prepare commodity strategy, RFI/RFQ, lead the bid process and negotiation, prepare commitment authorization and get it approved, support implementation and daily operation as needed

? Initiate the service contract and review the billing to confirm payment, create PO

? Manage the supplier base of logistics and continue improving supplier performance

? Work closely with operation teams and suppliers to solve problems if needed

? Support APAC business case on logistics 

? Join global biding activity with global team, support other FCA regions for logistics issues. 

? support internal audit on logistic portion

?Lead the sourcing activity of logistics, to negotiate with all vendors to reach the best cost and conditions, propose the sourcing recommendation;

? Lead to negotiate with supplier to get the best rate from market and avoid the cost increase;

?Manage the supplier base of logistics, control the reasonable qty of vendor in approved list, and monitor the performance of each supplier;

?Acquaint with the market trend of supply chain, share the information and price trend with group timely, predict the forecast of market and adjust the purchasing strategy;

任职要求：

-Education  Background:  Bachelor and above

- Language Requirement :  Chinese and English Fluent

- Related working Experience: 3 years +

- Others: supply chain, logistic, purchasing experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation capability; strong data analytical skills
