资深算法工程师

工作职责:

1.    负责相关NLP算法产品的设计、开发及优化，包括关键词提取、文本分类、情感分析、语义分析、命名体识别、文本摘要和智能问答等

2.    负责构建相关行业的知识图谱；

3.    能够在团队中完成CodeReview的任务，并能够在算法、性能优化方面提出有效建议；

任职资格:

1.    熟悉掌握自然语言处理领域的基础理论和方法，并有3年以上的相关工作经验

2.    精通C/C++，Java，Python等编程语言的一种或多种，具备良好的编码能力

3.    精通Tensorflow、Keras、Caffe、Theano等深度学习框架的一种或多种

4.    熟练掌握海量数据处理技术，有使用Hadoop/Hive/Spark分析海量数据的能力和经验

5.    有大规模算法体系设计与产品落地经验，包括搜索系统、广告系统、自然语言处理、用户数据分析和建模等

6.    有良好的沟通能力，跨团队协作能力，具备出色的规划、执行力，强烈的责任感，以及优秀的学习能力
