RESPONSIBILITIES:

· You deliver qualitative and efficient implementation projects;

· You increase customer's return on investment by helping them to develop a more efficient way to manage their talent management function using the Life Suite solution;

· You increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and penetration;

· You generate consulting and product revenues;

· You identify and materialize consulting or training needs within current customer base;

· You assist the sales team in developing new business with existing customers;

· You contribute to pre-sales effort in defining innovative solutions for global corporations;

· You are responsible for contributing to the development of best practice standards;

· And as a member of our International Services team you will participate in Product Enhancements meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your key qualifications and skill should include:

· Experience implementing HRIS (SAPHR/Peoplesoft) or ASP Recruitment software is prefer;

· Project Management Experience;

· Familiarity with Internet technologies

· Commitment, openness/directness and a strong customer orientation;

· Ability to analyze, identify, critique, suggest and implement intelligent changes to the customers' recruitment processes;

· Fluent in English is advantageous.

· Web design is prefer.
