Job description

We are establishing our newly renovated showroom near Hongqiao Domestic Airport and are looking to optimize our client portfolio as well as showroom design and event calendar. 

As interns, you will work with one or multiple areas such as daily operations of the showroom as well as design and layout, coordinating events and or handle client portfolio based on new and existing clients.

Showroom operations

·         Responsible for creating a dynamic showroom design and layout.

·         Assist with daily operations e.g. structuring, organizing, decorations etc.

·         Assist with regular newsletter content writing.

·         Assist with proofing written materials for style, grammar, and translation.

·         Assist marketing team and other product managers with special actions, campaigns, exhibitions etc.

·         Assist General Manager with on-going tasks.

Event Coordination

·         Responsible for identifying and coordinating relevant events.

·         Assist sponsor-related events.

·         Responsible for collecting marketing materials from Nordic brand websites including, but not limited to, text, photos, videos.

·         Interact with suppliers for marketing material for event and promotion purpose.

·         Prepare promotion and media plans.

·         Assist marketing team and other product managers with special actions, campaigns, exhibitions etc.

Customer relations

·         Responsible for updating and organizing current and future customer/client portfolio.

·         Arrange and segment retailer and distributor database.

·         Assist in customer/client related meetings with, but not limited to, notetaking and writing summaries in English.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Familiar with Scandinavian languages and Nordic food culture & brands.
• Some experience working with retail and trade.
• Experience in event or project management.
• Skills with photo editing software like Photoshop etc.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility.
• Good at Microsoft software.
• Mandarin knowledge is a plus.
