Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Identify / monitor / analysis regional reimbursement / healthcare policy affecting business, communicate with internal stakeholders and support business decisions 
定期监测收集区域医保/卫生政策，分析解读对于业务的影响，及时与内部stakeholder沟通，为公司内部决策提供依据。
？ Developed and execute regional market access strategy (including reimbursement, pricing, local negotiation strategies for in-line products and pre-launch market access readiness for new products
制定并执行区域市场准入策略（包括上市产品以及新产品的医保、价格、谈判策略）
？ Design and execute regional programs and establish strategic partnership with regional government authorities, Health Economic experts & industry associations
设计并执行区域医保、卫生、卫生经济学项目，与区域医保、卫生部门建立战略合作关系
？ Assist central strategy team to develop market access value pack (including value proposition, DA, eDA , speaker slides) and provide training
协助中央团队制作/培训产品核心价值信息工具（包括value proposition, DA，eDA, 讲者幻灯）

Desirable Requirements: 
理想的职位要求：
？ At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or strategy or consulting in pharmaceutical industry with proven achievement. MNCs and specialty care/oncology products experience is preferred.
至少5年医药行业市场部或策略或咨询经验，外企、特药/肿瘤领域优先
？ Bachelor degree and above. Major in Medical, Pharmacy Administration and Public Health is preferred
本科以上学历，医学、药学以及公共卫生专业优先
？ Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills
良好的策略分析能力
？ Superior communication and influencing skills, both internal and external
良好的内外部沟通以及影响能力
？ Fluent in English (both oral and written)
英语流利（口语和书面）
？ 100% compliance
