Job responsibilities:

• It is a replacement position due from staff relocation thus the position is opened.
• The role of IBG Marketing/Program Coordinator is to be the coordinator and enablers to help resolving the hiccups on the road and to tighten up the connectivity, communication and collaboration across CN IBG and to support the implementation of IBG business strategies.
• Undertake the periodic reviews/reports of the progress of all assigned tasks for strategy alignment.
• Support senior’s initiatives through participating in assigned activities, e.g. check and track the progress of CJ/EJ/SCM and engage in campaigns and events if any.
• Assist and collect feedback from IBG staff; assistant in survey and conduct analysis.
• Coordinate, manage, and communicate the progress or initiatives with Group COO office
• Assist to implement ad hoc IBG projects/programs.
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders involved in EJ/CJ/SCM across DBS China and Group COO office.
• Communicate with IBG-BSU, CN IBG staffs for painpoint collecting and collect feedback
• Deliver the KPI that’s been set annually from CN IBG management team.

                                            

    

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably to have working experience in banking field or FI area for at least 2 years.
• Fair knowledge of banking products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with working parties
• Result and customer-oriented
• Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressures
• Proficiency in MS office, including in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
