Objective of Job

The primary scope of this role is to play as a key APAC senior finance analyst, pro-active collaborate with APAC markets across the region overall and deliver valuable analysis to senior APAC management team 

Brief Task Description

1. Provide financial analysis, insights to help APAC regional team to drive business objectives;

2. Lead APAC markets on planning and reporting activities including annual operating plan/forecast/LRP; coordinating as needed with local and corporate finance

3. Support GEC deliverables on financial results (variances, margin analytics, trends, etc) to finance and business management

4. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities

5. Collaborate and coordinate with other finance and business functions locally as required to meet objectives and deliverables including commentary, analysis and results

6. Implement and improve reporting processes and tools to drive efficiencies

7. Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required

Qualifications

Education:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or finance

2. CICPA or other international accounting qualification holder preferred

Experience:

1. >=5 years’ related working record in Accounting or Finance

2. Strong experience in financial analysis area, prefer >= 3 years FP&A experience in a Multinational Company

Skills & Competence:

1. Strong communication skills, plus good written and oral English

2. Excellent MS Office skillset

3. Good team player and positive attitude

4. ‘Can-do’ attitude and is able to work under pressure
