职责描述：
1. Support daily sales operation, handling inquiries and complaint;
支持日常销售运作，处理查询及投诉；

2. Handling telephone inquiries from customer, provide information of product & service available with proper customer courtesy and manner;
以适当的礼貌和方式处理来自客户的电话查询，提供信息的产品与服务；

3. Arrange weekly sales meeting, record & distribute the minutes;
安排每周的销售会议，记录会议内容并安排好时间；

4. Update, maintain and archiving weekly sales list, customer records, marketing database, brochure, project reference list, etc.
及时更新并保持营销数据库；

5. Assist the sales personnel to prepare marketing & sales documents including vendor pre-qualification questionnaire, technical & commercial proposal documents;
协助销售部准备营销文件，其中要包括供应商的咨询问卷、技术和商业的建议性文件；

6. Apply internal quotation and project number. File (softcopy and hardcopy) quotations, purchase orders, tender submission & related documents;
申请内部报价和项目号。询价，采购订单，报价及相关文件（电子档和文件）的归档；

7. Organize the department activities, such as team-building, training, etc;
组织部门的活动，如团队建设、 培训等；

8. Other extra work assignments from the superior when needed.
其他上级布置的任务。

任职要求：
Education: College graduate and major in environment , Engineering (any discipline);
教育： 大专以上学历，环境等相关专业，工科背景尤佳；

Working Experience: At least 1 year working experience as the Sales Assistant or secretary; Working experience in multinational engineering company is a big plus;
工作经验：至少1年以上销售助理或者秘书的工作经验；有在跨国工程类公司工作经验者优先考虑；

Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技术和专业知识：
1. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and translation abilities;
英语说写流利并有英语翻译能力；
2. Good command of MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
良好的办公软件操作技能，尤其是在Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
