We are currently seeking an Assistant E-commerce Manager who will report to a E-commerce Manager in Kering Eyewear China.
Your opportunity
The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
How you will contribute
1. E-Commerce Business Operation
a) Co-work on E-Commerce promotion calendar with E-distributor / TP, leverage various promotion matrix to deliver overall business objectives of online flagship store.
b) Co-work with E-distributor / TP on merchandising plan & review,continual optimization on seasonal buy & regular replenishment to serve the efficient control of stock level & turnover.
c) Guide E-distributor / TP on store UI & UX, in terms of all the landing pages & product detail pages, pricing, to ensure to align with brand's image and information consistency.
d) Ongoing analysis of key business matrix including sales KPIs, key items sales, traffic & other necessary data to support e-commerce decision making.
e) Continually monitor E-Commerce market and competitor's development to identify the opportunities in China market.
2. E-Marketing & CRM
a) Work closely with internal SDV & Marketing team to manage all available MKT / content resources, to ensure effective support of E-commerce sales and promo.
b) Direct and implement new initiatives and partnership to increase traffic to flagship store, and also to increase sales.
c) Guide & work with E-Distributor / TP to ensure the most effective paid ads, new user acquisition tactics and follow up.
d) Integrate online platform with CRM programs and work closely with offline CRM teammate & CRM agency
3. E-Distributor / TP Management
a) Work closely with E-Distributor / TP on operation plans and execution of flagship store in terms of activity planning, merchandising, customer service and logistic delivery.
b) Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, CR, AUP and Return rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit.
c) Monitor E-Distributor / TP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed.
Who you are
- At least 3 years working experience.
- E-commerce operation experience, especially on TMALL / JD is must.
- E-Distributor Management experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a plus.
- Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;
- Fast-learning and enthusiast team player
