工作内容：

Job description:

1、运营官方渠道(官网、微商城、小程序)，提升品牌影响力及盈利能力；

2、通过各种新媒体营销手段、提高店铺流量、转化率、成交量、完成销售任务；

3、根据品牌方的营运要求定期策划、组织推广活动，并进行分析和评估效果；

4、线上数据深度挖掘分析，根据数据分析结果能够对策略迅速做出调整；

岗位及任职要求：

Position and requirements:

1、 三年以上移动互联网或互联网产品运营经验者优先；

At least 3 years of mobile Internet or Internet product operation experience is preferred;

2、具备独立的运营规划、活动策划、运营数据分析和精准营销能力，搭建会员营销体系及模式；

Capable of independent operation planning, activity planning, operation data analysis and precision marketing, and building member marketing system and model;

3、熟悉当前互联网行业发展趋势，对网络销售特别是自主商城平台的运营有自己独到的见解；

Familiar with the current development trend of the Internet industry, and have unique ideas for online sales, especially the operation of the independent mall platform;

4、熟悉各种营销手段、推广方式及模式，有成功运营案例或知名网站工作经验优先；

Familiar with various marketing methods, promotion methods and modes, with successful operation cases or work experience in well-known websites preferred;

5、具有网络营销的创意策划和整合能力，有较好的创新和文案能力；

Have the ability of creative planning and integration of network marketing, as well as the ability of innovation and copywriting;

6、具备较强的团队意识，良好的沟通及协作能力。
