岗位职责：

1. 设计OLED材料和器件并进行专利布局；

2. 制定OLED项目的研究计划，并按照方案推进研究进度，指导解决重大关键技术问题；

3. 带领研发团队承接OLED材料项目等。

4. 负责所在团队项目整体管理工作，包括方案选择与制定，沟通实施，进程把控，项目评估等；

5. 负责研发部门技术难点问题的处理；

6. 负责所在的团队管理和团队建设。

任职要求：

1. 有机合成材料器件相关专业，博士及以上学历，3年OLED材料工作经验；

2. 具备较强的科研力，深刻理解OLED材料和器件专业，具备丰富的有机合成理论知识和合成经验；

3. 具备优秀的团队管理能力， 较强的责任心，具有良好的职业素养和沟通管理能力，创新意识和较强的团队合作精神；

4. 精通口语和专业英语，熟练运用各种文献检索方法，具有良好的药物合成路线设计能力，能够代表公司进行国际商务活动；
