关键任务：

-每月编制税务报告，主要包括：增值税等；在纳税期限前对税务机关进行纳税申报或纳税申报；

-编制和提交季度和年度CIT，确保所有数字准确，并与会计报告一致；

-与主管税务机关保持沟通和关系，并回答他们提出的问题；

-对商店或其他实体进行税务检查时进行解释和沟通；

-提供年度TPD准备和其他与TP相关的项目协助；

-协助跨部门沟通并向其他部门提供税务建议；

-协助各种税务项目；

-研究和更新最新的税收法律法规；

-主管交办的其他税务事宜。

技能:

-良好的英语听说读写能力；

-熟悉PRC税收法规；

-税收遵从和咨询工作经验；

-熟练掌握微软办公软件，有SAP经验者优先；

-与税收部门和内部部门的社交沟通能力。

经验：

-会计、金融、税务或相关专业本科以上学历；

- 2年相关工作经验，例如税务申报和税务项目

-有会计或税务公司工作经验者优先。

Key Tasks

- Preparation of indirect tax reports on a monthly basis, mainly including: VAT, etc.; conduct or monitor tax filing to tax authorities before deadline;

- Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual CIT returns, make sure all figures are accurate and align with the accounting reports

- Communication and relationship maintenance with in-charge tax authorities, and answering the questions raised by them;

- Leading the defence during tax inspections on stores or other entities;

- Providing assistance on annual TPD preparation, and other TP related projects;

- Assisting in cross-functional communication and tax advices to other departments;

- Assisting in various tax projects;

- Researching and updating of latest tax laws and regulations; and

- Other tax related issues assigned by supervisors.

Skills

- Sound written and speaking English;

- Good knowledge of PRC tax laws and regulations;

- Experience in tax compliance and advisory work;

- Good command of Microsoft Office; experience in SAP will be preferred; and

- Social skill with tax authorise and internal departments.

Experiences

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related field; and

- 2 years related working experience, e.g. tax filings, and tax projects

- Working experience in accounting/tax firm is preferred
