1.Skills:

a.English : written, spoken fluent. Must be able to communicate in English with French customers
b.Technical skills in injection moulding process and Tooling design.
c.Experience in dealing with foreign customers.
d.CAD software (3D, 2D): basics


2.Position Descriptions:
1.Follow-up mould manufacture process for moulds manufactured by suppliers :
A- Launch meeting with mould project manager and mould department manager
B- Follow-up and validation of mould design
C- Inform customer about mould planning
D- Shots reporting: arrange with QC the control of the samples, define and launch mould adjustment with supplier
E- Samples management
F- Follow mould improvement / modifications
G- Assist mould department manager during hand over of mould to production department
2.Quotations
A- Send inquiry for quotation to suppliers chosen by TC Mould Manager
B- Ensure answer will be given within the lead time
C- Receive the quotation and transmit to TC Mould Manager
3.Production management department assistance
A-Ensure assistance to production management department if any help required, even if related mould manufacture has not been managed by himself.
B- Provide assistance if any repair action required on a mould
