1. Lead a team of purchase engineers to carry out operative purchasing activities. Supervise the purchase to pay process, organize and prioritize workloads for maximum effectiveness with good sense of urgency;

2. Strictly follow the company and ESH regulations and operation procedures.

3. As the key user of SAP MM module, collaborate with production planning and optimize purchasing process for well managed material planning and project schedule, and optimize inventory structure and keep materials ITO at a reasonable level.

4. Take part in project hand-over meetings with good understanding of project schedule and supply scope, identify material supply risks in projects, take preventive actions and catch-up plan when needed;

5. Close monitor the order status in projects, expedite the suppliers’ delivery according to project requirement. Support operation team achieve on time delivery of customer projects.

6. Monitor suppliers’ workload and capacity, make proposal of best use of supplier’s manufacturing capacity and eliminate risks from supplier delays.

7. Monitor and report supplier performance in terms of Quality and On-Time-Delivery, working together with Sourcing Team for supplier continues improvement and supplier rationalization;

8. Release purchase orders to suppliers as per the approved supplier list and purchase requisition, clarify the technical requirements and negotiate commercial clauses with suppliers when necessary;

9. Manage supplier quality issue (NCR), coordinate with suppliers resolve the issues timely together with team in house or on site.

10. Follow up supplier invoicing and status of payment to supplier.

11. Managing purchasing team and coaching purchase engineers.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, good English skill both in written and oral

2. 8+ years of related experience in MNCs

3. Strong negotiation and communication skills

4. Fully proficient in excel, efficient on data collecting, analyzing and interpreting. Good experience in creating an analyzing business case.

5. Good awareness of commercial practice and contract law

6. Good knowledge of manufacturing practices and commodity knowledge of steels, sheet metal work, welding and machining etc. will be advantage.
