RIMARY FUNCTION

Key execution role in channel development function of digital company. Look for and identify cooperative resources and assess the resources according to company’s channel development needs. Capability to establish and maintain effective connections with business partners independently. Experienced to coordinate cross-department team to proceed the projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

 Key execution role in channel development function of digital company.

 Look for and identify cooperative resources and assess the resources according to company’s channel development needs.

 Experienced to coordinate cross-department team to proceed the projects.

 Capability to establish and maintain effective connections with business partners independently, including cooperation contract sign-up, training, and performance management.

 Regular monitor the channel performance and identify mitigation plan

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

 Bachelor degree in finance or economy related field;

 More than 3 years’ experience in channel development in Internet finance industry. Experience in internet finance, consumer finance, or supply chain finance is prioritized;

 Owning networks with companies that own ecosystem in China are preferred. Networks in online consumption or supply-chain field are preferred;

 Good understanding of fintech industry in the aspect of business cooperation;

 Decent communication and organization ability leveraging both external and internal resources; good negotiation skill and implementation ability;

 Able to travel frequently.

 A strong individual who is able to work within a dynamic, fast growth and challenging environment.

 A strong communicator with decent negotiation skills.

 Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.

 Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Chinese language.
