Key
responsibilities & accountabilities

l Perform the troubleshooting while receiving problem report from business departments

l Provide a stable and efficient business application environment for MCC CN by together with the application support teams.

l Coordinate with METRONOM global, local IM/IT, external vendors vendor for problem solving, projects implementation.

l Provide solutions from business side to improve MCC business process.

l Provide process consultancy for local project

l Identify needs for process changes (demands) in alignment with business departments

l Aanalyze, document, specify country demands and argue for the demand regarding Quality, Financials, Process improvement at the best

l Provide demand description to METRONOM(Process Management)

l Coordinate demand approval by business representatives

l Support the demand analysis and business solution definition of METRONOM according to the defined processes

l Support the user acceptance test

l Work with external vendors (e.g. Software company) to establish the interface connection with Metro

l Adapt user training material and working instructions for application supported Business Solutions to local needs( in co-operation with HR and Orgnization department)

l Coordinate and execute user training (in co-operation with local HR department)

Manage the deployment androll out of modified or new business solutions

Skills & experiences

Education:

l Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related majors.

Experience:

l Above 1 year experience in IT application support.

l Understands retail business process and have the experience with a retail solution is a plus.

l Oracle/SQL database knowledge is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

l Strong oral and writing English skills together with good communication, paperwork

l Knowledge about retail business process.

l Strong ability in problem analysis, troubleshooting, solution providing by leveraging both internal and external resources in an efficient and cooperative way.

l Customer orientation.

l Teamwork player, willing to work under pressure.
