岗位职责：

1. 桌面设备如电脑硬件和软件的维护和管理

2. 网络设备(有线以及无线网络)和服务器的维护和基本配置

3. 其他设备如打印机，传真机等设备的管理和维护。

4. 保证桌面系统正常运行，满足用户的工作需要

5. 负责办公电话、视频会议终端等设备的运行维护及管理

6. 撰写运维技术文档、培训文件

7. 负责新进员工的设备使用培训

8. 配合IT部门内部项目工作的实施

任职要求：

9. 全日制大专或同等学历以上

10. 良好IT知识背景(操作系统、应用软件、网络和IT基础设施)；

11. 擅长解决故障诊断问题；

12. 良好沟通技巧及客户服务意识；

13. 具有基本的中英语听说读写能力。

Job Description:

1. Desktop equipment such as computer hardware and software maintenance and management;

2. Network equipment（Wired and Wireless network） and server maintenance and basic configuration;

3. Management and maintenance of other equipment, such as printers, fax machines, etc.

4. To ensure the normal operation of the desktop system, full fill user's needs;

5. Responsible for phone sets, video conference terminal equipment maintenance and management;

6. Prepare operation and maintenance technical documents and training documents;

7. Responsible for new employee's equipment training session;

8. Cooperate with the implementation of project work within IT Department.

Job Requirements：

1. College degree or above;

2. IT knowledge background (operating system, application software, network and IT infrastructure);

3. Good at troubleshooting;

4. Good communication skills and customer service awareness;

5. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
