Milwaukee Tool China (part of Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd.) is currently seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join the rapidly growing team.  This role will be crucial for the successful implementation and adoption of the CRM platform (Salesforce.com) for our sales functions and other front office functions in China.  This role will work within the regional CRM team and have occasional opportunities to travel within and outside China.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create and monitor project plans and help to identify and resolve issues or risks
• Document current state and future state processes and business / functional requirement documents, including data flow, business rules, and use cases
• Work closely with business teams and feedback on system-related feature enhancements / issues / pain points
• Assist in coordinating functional subject matter expert meetings to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements
• Run the testing and training phases of project launches
• Devise and lead change management activities / strategies
• Track KPI and ensure programs are leading to business benefits
• Work with regional CRM head to layout program roadmaps and projects’ scope
• Execute localized system administration work on CRM platform as 1st line support

Requirements:

• Several years in a multi-national organization or major consulting organization focused on CRM and Business Analysis
• Ability to work with local and international executives, managers on process and requirement gathering related work
• Willing and can travel overseas for regional meetings and workshops
• Project manager abilities including project planning, deliverables creation, and scheduling
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills; must be detail oriented
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adapts to changing situations
• Hands on Salesforce experience highly preferred (Certifications preferred)
• Front office experience (sales, marketing) is preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; fluency is preferred

 

Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in business analysis / process driven roles / project management
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com CRM highly preferred; or Microsoft CRM, SAP CRM, 八百客, 销售, etc. are also preferred)
