- Responsible  for the recovery, sorting, binding, cataloging, filing, keeping, borrowing and  maintenance of cases and reports.

  病例及报告单的回收、整理、装订、编目、归档、保管、借阅、和维护工作；

- Collect  medical records in time according to regulations, ensure 100% recovery rate of  medical records, supervise and follow up the medical records that are not filed  in time.

  定及时回收病历，保证病案回收率100％，对不及时归档的病案进行督促并跟进；

- Developing  and implementing the assurance program of medical record management quality.

  和实施病案管理的质量保证计划；

- Responsible  for mildew proof, insect proof, dust proof, fire proof, etc., to ensure the  ventilation, cleanliness and sanitation of the medical record room.

  病历的防霉、防虫、防尘、防火等工作，保证病案室的通风、干净、卫生；

- Ensure the  security and confidentiality of medical records.

- Understand  the work content of the medical record room, familiar with the basic elements  of medical records.

  了解病案室工作内容，熟悉病历基本要素；

- At least one  year working experience in medical record.

  一年以上病案相关工作经验；

- Good  communicating and interpersonal skill, work carefully and pay attention to the  privacy of patients.

  善于沟通和待人接物，工作严谨认真，注重保守患者隐私；

- Good work  ethic and team work spirit.
