Inside the Leadership Development Team, to design and Implement the HR DEVELOPMENT strategy: talent development & performance management

*  Talent data analysis Performance management: drive high performing culture 

*  Manage PLM process 

*  Prepare PLM report & data

Qualifications

Skills: 

1. Able to work across functions independently 

2. Project management inclination and skills 

3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills 

4. Result-oriented, strong execution and self-management ability 

5. Data analysis skill 

Language Skills: 

English: Excellent. 

Chinese MS office skills: 

Advanced to expert skills in MS office, especially in Excel, Power Point and Project Work 

Experience required: 

At least 5 years’ experience in talent development and HR project related area in a Multinational Company, consulting background will be a plus to this position.
