Position Objective & Summary:

We are looking for an IT business analyst, who will take manufacturing related IT application work supporting in a new plant we newly setup in China. ERP implementation will be an immediate key focus. This IT business analyst will work very closely with local business team, local IT team, 3rd party consulting vendor, global IT and business teams to make sure we go live successfully as per planned scope and schedule.

He/she should have strong business process knowledge as well as SAP system knowledge. Experience on SAP PP/MM/SD modules is required, either as in-house business analyst or as a consultant. Other function module like PM, QM, WM, interface will be a plus. CRM, PLM and internal workflow or OA system experience is a plus too.

Other applications include but not limited to CRM, PLM, Reporting, GSP, workflow will also be part of this role’s responsible. Key business functions this position will support, include but not limited to contract management team, service team, logistics, manufacturing, quality, planning, engineering, HR etc.

This position reports to IT application manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· SAP experience with a focus on manufacturing, or SCM related business processes is a must, SAP PP/MM/SD module knowledge and experience will be highly preferred, other modules as a plus

· Proven records to demonstrate ability in leading IT application projects, especially an ERP implementation with manufacturing in scope

· Leverage expertise of JV partners and external resources to set up IT software/applications according to company overall IT roadmap

· Establish best practices through the entire implementation/support process

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, drive, and maintain the constant security standards of all IT applications

· Understanding global IT standards and implementing them in the region

· Provide professional insight and solutions to drive process efficiency

· Ensure mission critical system and services uptime aligned with business requirements

· Developing and publishing meaningful metrics that can be used to manage and improve system performance in IT application area

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field

· Experience working in a multi-national company with a centralized IT organization

· 3-5 years’ experience supporting SCM team in SAP PP/MM/SD related areas

· Pro-active and self-starter in developing a wide range of solutions that will meet the need of an entrepreneurial, fast-moving and multi-cultural company

· Good technical knowledge of major enterprise IT applications

· Strong process awareness and business analysis skills. Ability to communicate both in technical terms and in business terms

· Demonstrated ability to focus and deliver on critical business needs

· Experience working with Vendors and establishing relationships

· Experience with supporting Manufacturing validated environments.

· Experience with CFDA regulations a plus

· Fluent in writing and reading Chinese simplified and English
