· Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets, continuos improvement of process quality and process related quality dokumentation

· Report the performance of the process quality timely to the Quality Manager

· To aid the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the company′s Quality Management System, in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 ,CCC and so on automotive standards and other customer standards. The approach to quality should be pro-active and complimentary to operational efficiency.

· Ensure that Kautex' process requirements and customer requirement are addressed and satisfied and Ensure the effective access of the customer scorecard and the effective access of the customer portal site. · Ensure implement customer and Kautex test specification

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, government regulations and internal guidelines · Ensure the implementation of adequate preventive and evaluation tools, e.g.: Product inspection and testing, FMEA, Poka Yoke, etc in series production.

· Manage Non-Conforming Products, Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effective and control the “Quarantine” area

· Ensure that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented in process and test

· In order to share experiences and achieve quality department’s targets

· Implement Lesson Learned process in quality department

· Other assigned task by quality manager
