The Senior Financial Manager reports to the General Manager and Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the organization to take full charge of all finance and accounting related issues in RTG. This person should possess strong financial literacy and be able to provide financial advisory and analysis to aid in the growth of the organization.


Job responsibilities include:

· Financial forecasting, analysis and advisory on business needs and expansion.
· Capital and cash management strategy and decision making.
· Direct and monitor accounting activities to manage financial resources in accordance with accounting principles and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, revenue and asset accounting.
· Develop budgets and oversee financial planning and analysis. Participate in development of risk management policies and tools for areas such as collections, cash management.
· Support growth initiatives, including review of market opportunities and investment proposals, as well as potential geographic expansion and acquisition opportunities within the region.
· Continuous Process Improvements: evaluate the opportunities to improve the existing process and reports to deliver better company financial processes.



The ideal candidates will have / be:

· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in working with consultancy services and / or advisory based firm.
· Graduate with professional qualification in finance and/or accounting (CPA / MBA preferred).
· Strong knowledge of PRC accounting and finance laws, tax regulations.
· Strong financial literacy and attention to details.
· Adaptive in working a very fast growing business and multicultural environment, dedicated and committed to work.
· Understand Kingdee accounting software.
· Must have experience in creating and managing profitability models across multiple departments.
· Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills, with good relationship skills.
· Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
· Native Chinese with fluency in English.
· Advertising / Communications or Consulting Agency experience a MUST
