职位描述

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Regional Manager and other country teams to conduct market and product research in order to provide support to company's business strategy in IO.
Develop and field a standardized IO research methodology
Optimize IO research budget utilization
Custodian of IO research data base
Advisor to individual IO markets with research design and implementation
Advisor to research clinic development and implementation
Advisor to results preparation and interpretation
Contact with each market in GMIO to develop research plans and needs
Develop individual country research calendars that could require support IO research support.

Knowledge & Experience:

Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably MBA or equivalent.
High level of analytical ability
High level of interpersonal skills
Strong level of communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills in English
Ability to produce results in a customer-oriented environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments
Consumer research background preferred
Complete fluency in spoken and written English
Preferred experience in a research environment
Experience developing research supplier bid specification packages
Experience in recording research data and developing statistically meaningful results
Ability to prepare and present research results in a clear and unbiased fashion
Experience defining research needs and coordinating research planning
