As a Quality Control Specialist, ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

You will play a key role within the IEC LV Motors Product Group/ Motors & Generators Business Line/ Motion Business. Reporting to the Quality Manager.

- Responsible for the advanced quality planning of the motor production and the formulation of internal quality standards and inspection scheme.
- Deal with the quality problem in the production process, responsible for organizing related quality improvement activities and implementation, and supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of measures.
- Responsible for the control of the production process and the statistics, analysis and improvement of the process inspection data, as well as the control and determination of production non-conforming products in the production process.
- On-site quality control and supervise the operation of key and special operation standards;
- Be responsible for Quality management system maintain and update.in charge of management audit/internal audit planning, second, third party audit.

- Bachelor’s Degree in science or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- 4+ years of working experience in Maintenance and Commissioning.
- 5 years of Quality experience with Quality Planning or Quality System operation is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers, can adapt to frequently travel.
- Fluent in English (CET-4 or above).
