Job description:
1.Cash Accounting-Trainning other departments about the reimbursement process.
-Pay cash according reimbursement sheet.
-To manage the bankdrafts and transfer to suppliers or cash timely.
2.Reports -Weekly bank balance report on every Friday and the last day of every month.
-Make the monthly bank balance reconciliation report on month-end closing.
3.Year-end closing and audit --Supporting of year end closing and year end audit
4.Bank -Bank payment.
-Deal with other issue relatived bank.
-Good communication with bank.
5.Other Tasks - Bind the booked documents on 7th working day after month-end closing.
-Other administration work including book office consumable,meeting room and so on.
-Requirments from accounting manager.


Qualifications required/Knowledge:

Education - Bachelor degree in Finance,accounting
Major -F&A or economy related
Occupation Experience -At least 1 years cashier experience
Languages -Good at English
IT - Good at Excel, PPT,etc.
