2.      Lead process scale up for new formulation, i.e. pilot turn and trial run.

3.      Support new raw material qualification.

4.      Lead trouble shooting for technical issue.

5.      Build up external connection with supplier to explore new technology.

6.      Claim creation & support, consumer qualification, demonstration product benefits etc.

7.      Market &consumer analysis and in-depth understanding, insight digging out.

8.      Support commercial activities, i.e. new product launch campaign, PR event, customer event etc.

9.      Maintain GMP standard for new product development work.
