1.结合公司平台，协助零售客户实现用户、活动、新媒体、社群或内容其中一至二个板块

的运营工作；

2.根据市场和竞品情况，制定公司相关业务的线上线下运营策略和实施计划；

3.负责制定规范、高效的运营管理体系并不断优化完善；

4.通过实践、梳理、沉淀，完善公司各项运营体系、用户服务体系、指标考核体系、渠道

管理体系等；

5.收集市场信息、行业信息，根据市场状况及时调整经营策略和运营计划；

6.开展零售行业研究，沉淀总结运营实践案例，形成可复制推广的运营模式；

7.配合完成部门相关任务项目工作。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，计算机、市场营销、电子商务等相关专业；

2.有5年左右零售相关领域实际线上线下运营经验；

3.有较强的运营策划能力和运营管理能力；

4.有较为成体系的运营思路，熟悉各类运营工具、套路和玩法；

5.以数据结果导向，对用户数据负责；

6.有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力；

7.有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于总结、发现和解决问题；

8.勇于承担责任，善于制定目标和计划，对快速变化的工作环境和业务目标有很强的适应

力。
