Description:

1. Work with local and regional technology/business/operations/vendor teams to ensure all internal and external applications are appropriately managed, and supported.
2. Manage day to day issues with the team including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development and Infrastructure teams, to prioritize and resolve and/or mitigate outages.
3. Provide production support of application by researching issues, testing resolution, executing on appropriate documentation and managing prioritization of requests.
4. Quality assurance and user acceptance testing during planning and execution ensuring appropriate coverage for documented business requirements.
5. Follows the change and incident management processes to run and maintenance applications.
6. Track and escalate risks and issues to drive their timely mitigation/resolution. Support Tech offshore teams in regional/global projects rollout to China.
7. Support site run & maintenance activities, for example resolve simple issue, route user to correct team for getting help and attend incident investigate and troubleshooting etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Related Technology.
2. 3+ years relevant IT experience on business application support
3. Experience of managing troubleshooting – front/back-end application processes
4. Listening, written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills in English.
5. Proven experience in executing project and vendor management.
6. Software development and coding experience a plus.
7. Related experience using Microsoft Azure a plus.
8. 3+ years ERP experience, Kingdee K3 and SAP a plus.

Networking / Infrastructure working knowledge a plus.
