岗位职责：

1. 观摩现场装配过程，了解机械制造原理和工艺流程

2. 依据机械知识，更新标准作业指导书

3. 优化装配工艺

任职要求：

1. 本科或硕士机械类专业在校学生，一周可以提供三个工作日

2. 愿意主动在现场和员工沟通，善于发现问题并有解决问题的能力

3. 本职位为长期实习岗位

4. 工作时间双休，08：30-17：00
