QUALIFIED CHINESE ENGLISH-SPEAKING GARMENT QUALITY CONTROLLER NEEDED!

We are a Hong Kong & Shanghai based French Sourcing & Trading company, active in various

fields such of textile: garment, fabrics… We are now looking for talented and

motivated persons to join us.

POSITION: Quality controller

LOCATION: based in our SHANGHAI office, in Puxi close to Jing An Temple

MISSION: You will be in charge of the support of our merchendizers to

follow-up our textile orders. You will also take care of the quality assurance (control of

production, corrective actions, etc.) of all garments orders.

More specifically, you will be in charge:

At our office:

- Supplier and production follow-up (sampling: lapdips, swatchs, construction

samples, PPS, carelabels…)

- Communication with suppliers (mail, phone, etc.) in order to match our lead-times

- Follow-up of sampling process

In factory:

- Production Monitoring (PM)

- Initial Production check (IPC)

- Factory Audit (FA)

- During Production Inspection (DPI), Follow-up of current production matching with

technical files

- Pre Shipping Inspection (PSI)

- Defect sorting (DS)

- Container loading check (CLC)

- check the production planning : implementation of tools to measure and follow-up

the production schedule

- All process on standard inspection methods should be according to AQL norms

MIL105E standard level II (AQL Critical: 0 ; Major: 2.5 ; Minor: 4.0)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent oral and written skills in English

- Mandarin as mother tongue

- At least 7 years experiences in garment production follow-up and quality control

- Experience within textile quality control (Garments & accessories) is a pre-requisite

- High capacity of integration & communication with the company and with

factories

- Strong organizational skills and high reliability when handling detailed processes

- The position demands frequent traveling to mainland factories (every day)

- Should be highly attached to our result-oriented corporate philosophy
