Brief Task Description

- Responsible for Supplier Integration Management (SIM) activities. Implementation of Shop Floor Management and WCM Tools at Strategic Suppliers Plants. 

- Training to the Suppliers Management Teams of different Departments.

- Take the lead during the implementation process,

- Communicate Targets, Plans and Results.

- Make presentations to Supplier Plant Manager about Scorecard progress and obstacles to achieve the Targets

- Implementation of SIM Scorecard 

- Training and Implementation of 40 SIM Tools in the Shop Floor

- Report status in a weekly base 

Qualifications

- Education Background:  College 

- Language Requirement of English:  Limited 

- Working Experience; No working experience 

- Strong desire and ability to learn

- Outgoing sharp personality – communication skills

- Leadership skills
