Ensure day to day operational efficiency of the section

保证工作区域内的工作效率。

Check linen and guest items to be washed, ensure that they are free from hooks, pins, nails and other items that will cause damage to the machines.

在洗涤前对客用品或布草先进行预检，确保无任何杂物，诸如钩子、针、指甲等混入其中，以防洗涤时损坏织物。

Wash all uniforms and soak overnight, if necessary.

对员工制服进行洗涤。

Sort out all guest articles and house linen according to colour, material and degree of soil and stain before washing.

依据被洗物品的颜色、面料及受污程度进行分类。

Remove stains on garments before washing or wash badly stained house linen in heavy soil formula, if required.

洗涤前对衣物上的污渍应先行去除，而对于布草上的严重污渍，则应用特别程序洗涤。

Take great care that no damage will come to them.

对每种织物操作时应尽量小心谨慎，以免其被损坏。

Do not overload the washer and tumbler.

注意对洗衣机和烘干机的操作，且勿超载。

Follow the wash formula set by the hotel.

采用酒店设定的程序洗涤。

Adjust the water and steam valves in accordance to pre-set wash formulas.

依据洗涤程序，开关水和蒸汽阀门。

Add washing solution and chemicals in accordance to pre-set wash formulas.

根据洗涤程序，增加相应的洗涤药剂药粉。

Keep and use washing detergent, chemicals according to approved procedure. Keep these detergents in a safe place and in order.

遵守洗涤剂操作流程，同时把洗涤剂安放在安全部位。

Maintain the established number of washing, rinsing and tumbling loads per hour.

对每小时的洗涤、烘干量进行记录。

Maintain the required temperature of the tumbler / dryer machine, so that all articles will be free of wrinkles.

根据要求设定不同的烘干温度，以防织物烘干后起皱。

Operate the dryer in accordance to approved procedure.

依据流程要求操作烘干机。

Separate / segregate guest articles according to type of material and garments and proceed to dry accordingly.

根据衣物面料的不同分别对其采用不同的烘干程序。

Check and separate articles that come out of the machines that need to be rewashed, repaired or need spotting.

对洗涤后另需回洗或修补的布草要进行分类。

Help fold towels and other linen.

帮忙折叠毛巾和其他布草。

Load and unload extractor.  Load all dried linen and deliver them to the next section.

负责布草的装卸载，并把洗好的布草运送到下一个工区。

Check the amount of laundry supplies daily, ensure that there will be enough to last a week.

检查每天工作所需的各种物品，确保其有一周的用量。

Report needed supplies to the laundry supervisor.

如发现备品不够要通知主管。

Clean equipment a machines at the end of the days work.  Be sure to turn off steam, hot and cold water valves before going off duty.

下班之前清洁设备，特别是要关闭蒸汽和冷热水阀。

Keep working area clean at all times, not only after the day’s work but also before starting the day’s work and during the tour of duty.

无论何时均应保证所工作的区域干净整齐。

Contribute to the overall operational efficiency

保证日常工作的有效性。

Ensure all laundry equipment are functioning properly.  Inform the laundry supervisor of any defective equipment / material.

确保所用设备运转良好，如有问题须通知主管。

Surrender all Lost and Found items to the laundry office as soon as found.  Ensure item/s surrendered are properly labeled, submit required report before going off duty.

如发现遗失物品，应立即上交给办公室，同时保证工区内所有物品均有标签，同时下班前做好应交的报告。

Report problems encountered during washing and tumbling operations to the laundry supervisor immediately.

如设备在运转中有任何问题，应即刻报告主管。

Carry out other duties, as assigned by the laundry supervisor.

服从主管的各项工作安排。

Follow all hotel, laundry and housekeeping departmental policies and procedures to be able to perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

遵守所有酒店或部门制定的政策和规定，以确保工作的成效性。

Be aware of hotel emergency, safety and pest control procedures.

执行酒店相关的紧急、安全和杀虫程序。

Maintain personal grooming as per hotel’s standard, to project an efficient, professional, neat and tidy appearance to co employees.

依据酒店规定修整自身的仪表，以一个干净、整洁的职业形象示人。

Emphasize good personal behavior, as per guidelines laid down in the Employee Handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork, whenever and wherever possible.
