1，负责主持餐厅的各项例会工作；

2，负责前厅人员的考勤记录；

3，合理安排好每天的工作安排，排班安排，值班人员安排，人员临时调动的安排；

4，对餐厅的物品进行保管领用工作，盘点工作；

5，检查开餐前的卫生.落实好开餐前的准备，设施，设备是否完好；

6，对管辖部门员工的工作状况，思想状况要非常了解.与员工随时保持沟通；

7，督促员工按流程，标准化服务；

8，做好员工上下班的交接工作、检查下班后的收尾工作；

9，对服务中的客人投诉反馈意见意识向上级汇报（菜品、意见、服务意见、环境卫生等）；

10，及时处理客人投诉；

11，完成上级领导交代的其他工作；
