· Responsible for dialysis treatment products development and study.

• Provide technical support to product sustaining activities.

Work in lab and with external labs.

· Work either independently or as a team member providing design support to dialysis treatment products.

· Under the guidance and supervision of the Manager, design experiments, conducting scientific study with an awareness of state-of-the-art technology.

· Lead or support one or more projects.

· Generate design and development documentation.

· Write study protocols and provide study data to demonstrate feasibility of new formulation and products. Write study reports.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications任职资格:

Education background教育背景:

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or related background.

Work experience工作经验:

• 1-3 years. Fresh graduate with high potential also acceptable.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical design/development is desirable

Competence and skills技能技巧:

• Must have an extensive knowledge of R&D practice.
• Be able to collaborate and communicate with both internal departments and external organizations.
• Must be capable of working across different scientific disciplines and integrating knowledge from a variety of sources.
• Must be capable of operating on specific assignments which may be of short duration or long term in a manner that reflects the challenges in a professional and confident way.
• Bilingual. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Good presentation skills, creative thinking, good team player, ability to plan and execute work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving skills and a high attention to detail are essential.
